DevsCorp started in 2014 as a small team of 5 developers in Kyiv, Ukraine. Our founders — Alexander and Maria — had seen firsthand how difficult it was for great companies to find great developers, and how talented engineers struggled to connect with the right opportunities.
By 2017, we had grown to 50 developers and expanded to Poland and Romania. Our proprietary matching algorithm — developed in-house — was already reducing time-to-hire from months to days.
